Three tracks. Each one starts with the specific pattern you're dealing with, not a framework or a generic module.
Track 1
Individual Coaching
- For
- Professionals who recognize a recurring communication pattern and want to understand it and change it. The feedback that technically gets delivered but never changes anything. The thing you know but don't say. The conversation that goes fine in your head and somehow not in the room.
- What happens
- 1-on-1 sessions, online or in person, starting with concrete recent situations from your own work. We identify the specific gap: between what you intended and what landed. Then we work on it directly.
- What you get
- Clarity on the specific pattern. Concrete alternative behaviors. A way to check whether the change is actually landing.
- How to start
- An intake conversation of twenty minutes. No obligation. You describe the situation. Bas tells you honestly whether coaching is the right fit.

Track 2
Team Workshop
- For
- Managers and team leads who recognize a communication pattern in their team. Feedback that doesn't change behavior. The person who always knows the answer but never speaks up in the meeting. The same conversation that keeps not happening.
- What a session looks like
- A half-day or full-day session, starting with a diagnostic: what's actually happening, not what the team thinks is happening. We work with concrete situations from their own context, real situations, not exercises from a manual.
- What changes
- The team sees the gap. They don't just hear someone talk about it. That's a different experience, and it lands differently.
- Format
- Half-day or full-day. In person. Custom to the team's context and current communication challenge.

Track 3
Corporate Training
- For
- HR and L&D professionals who want communication behavior training for managers and teams at scale. Not a one-off workshop, a structured program that addresses specific organizational communication challenges over multiple sessions.

- The three patterns behind communication breakdown: The Delivery Gap, The Visibility Gap, The Perception Gap, applied to the specific problems inside your organization.
- Format
- Multi-session programs, custom to organization size, structure, and communication context.
