What is collected

When you use the contact form, you share your name, email address and message. That data is used for one thing: responding to your request. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered by email.

When you leave your email in the Confrontation Tool or Moderator Self-Test, your email address and the tool result are stored in Brevo so Bas can send the relevant follow-up. The same goes for an email address you leave in Reflect.

What is not collected

The Confrontation Tool and Moderator Self-Test calculate the visible result in your browser. The Intention vs. Effect Scanner sends the text you enter to a server-side analysis script and returns the result on the page. It does not require your email address.

Reflect sends your messages to a server-side script that passes them to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the next question. Speak with Persuasion does not store the conversation: it exists only in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. To keep the limit of three free reflections a month, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address and a count of sessions for the current month. If you use Talk, your browser's own speech recognition turns your voice into text. Depending on the browser, that may be processed by the browser maker's speech service, for example Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data is held about you, and have it corrected or deleted. One email is enough: bas@speakwithpersuasion.com.
